Zeeuw & Zeeuw, a renowned car dealer representing brands like Ford, Hyundai, KIA and Suzuki, faced a major challenge when their print supplier suddenly went bankrupt. In this unexpected situation, the company had to act fast to safeguard the continuity of their branded materials. It was the perfect moment to streamline their processes. Through one of our contacts, we were introduced to Zeeuw & Zeeuw—and things moved quickly from there.
With a clear mission to bring structure to their print management, we presented our solutions to the company’s marketing and procurement team. Our approach made an impact. In no time, we rolled out a fully operational web application that allows all dealerships in the group to manage their communication materials. The result? Not only continuity, but also a smart tool that saves time and reduces costs.
Efficiency and insight
One of the key issues we tackled together was the lack of visibility around inventory. A large stock of unused printed materials was sitting idle—simply because no one knew it existed. By integrating this inventory into the web application, the dealerships were able to reuse it, leading to significant savings and a more sustainable way of working.
Through the platform, dealers can now easily order branded materials such as letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and presentation folders. For business cards, we even added a personalised option that allows employees to upload their photo and a personal message. All of this is managed by the HR department through the web application, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
More than just print
The web application doesn’t stop at print. It also offers access to a wide range of promotional materials and giveaways—from key tags and document folders to flyers with QR codes linking directly to Google reviews. We also produce delivery gifts like keychains and protective key pouches for customers collecting their new car.
In addition, we developed specific features that allow dealers to easily order demo car stickers and license plate holders. These requests are sent directly to Zeeuw & Zeeuw’s central warehouse, creating a seamless flow from head office to dealer.
Ease of use and full control
The platform hasn’t just simplified the ordering process—it has also provided valuable insights. Dealers now have real-time access to their order history, costs, inventory, and usage data. This improves operational efficiency while also supporting smarter strategic decisions.
