Picnic is one of Europe’s fastest-growing online supermarkets. From hubs and fulfilment centres in the Netherlands, Germany, and France, fresh groceries are delivered daily—right to people’s doorsteps. But Picnic is more than just a smart tech player in the retail space: the company also actively invests in culture, connection, and appreciation. A prime example? The annual Picnic Yearbook—a colourful, cheerful, and personal keepsake for all employees. For the past five years, we’ve had the honour of producing it.
From urgent request to long-term partnership
Our partnership with Picnic began with an urgent request for postcards. They reached us through word-of-mouth— and that same day, we personally delivered the cards. Trust grew quickly. So when the question came up who could produce and distribute a yearbook to all Picnic locations across the Netherlands, Germany, and France, we were ready to help.
From production to parcel label
What makes this project special is the full-service approach. Picnic provides the design, and we handle everything else: from paper selection and finishing to packaging and, just as crucial, logistics. The result is a 92-page book, printed in high quality, carefully wrapped, and accompanied by a distribution file with track & trace links for each location. Smooth, accurate, and fully under control.
The yearbooks are shipped to 73 locations in the Netherlands, 91 in Germany, and 18 in France. With centralised logistics and smart coordination, the process runs efficiently—without ever compromising on quality.
