Hollywood Entertainment Center Rotterdam is all about experience. With a mix of activities, hospitality and a growing number of locations, it is an organization that is constantly evolving. And with that growth come challenges — especially when it comes to communication and print.
What started as contact through our own media channels developed into a broader collaboration. The question quickly became clear: how do you ensure that print and communication materials are well organized per location, without losing time or overview?
From separate orders to one system
Previously, all processes — from ordering to logistics — were managed by a single person within Hollywood. This required a lot of coordination and made it difficult to maintain oversight. As the number of locations grew, so did the need for a more efficient and structured approach.
The solution was structure. We developed a custom web application that brings all hospitality print materials together in one place. Think menus, napkins and other essentials used daily on the floor.
Through this platform, locations can easily place their own orders, while Dex takes care of storage, inventory management and transport. Everything centrally organized, with full control and consistency.
