Curamare is a large healthcare organization on Goeree-Overflakkee, with multiple locations in hospital care, elderly care and home care. Every day, hundreds of professionals dedicate themselves to the health and wellbeing of the region. In an organization like this, communication must be clear, consistent and practical — without adding extra pressure to healthcare staff. Since 2016, Curamare has therefore partnered with Dex as their dedicated provider of communication materials.
From appointment cards to a complete solution
The collaboration began with a simple request: to advise on a new paper type for an appointment card. Soon after, Curamare asked Dex to support the production of additional branded materials, and trust grew. Step by step, the partnership expanded — from producing print and signage to developing a central solution for managing all communication materials across the organization.
One system, fully managed
For several years now, Curamare has been using Dex’s custom-built web application. Integrated into the organization’s intranet, this central platform serves as the single point of access for all communication materials. Together, we carefully determined which products should be available — from standard branded stationery to location-specific communication tools.
The web application provides structure and clarity. Products are set up in fixed templates, preventing errors and ensuring consistent brand application throughout the organization. Employees can easily order what they need, while Curamare maintains direct insight into usage, costs and inventory.
Behind the scenes, Dex manages the entire process: from keeping the web application up to date to production, inventory management and delivery to the correct location.
